moose hand guards

hello i have a 2002 scrambler 500 4x4 and have purchased a pair of moose hand guards ( pt # mhg504bk ) and they do not fit. per the instructions i think i am missing mounting hardware and the actual fit of the hand guards is awful . has anyone else had a problem with these or is it just me . i e-mailed the company and have not got a response yet . also i need thier phone # if anyone has it .. thanks
