I stopped at a gas station on the my way home from work last night & one pump over from me was a guy pumping gas into his pickup, and in the box of his truck sat a brand new DS(all stock), Two young kids on their bicycles stopped to ask this guy about his machine and he pursued to tell them that his machine would do "138mph" and that is was voted the number one sport quad of the year for the last "7yrs".
It was all I could do to keep from bursting out in tears from laughter. The bad part about this bull$hit is the fact that some dealer probably filled this guys head with this crap. Do you guys have any super quad stories?

 

According to the local motorcycle/quad/pwc dealer, the honda recon "Has 7 inches of suspension travel and tops out at 64-65MPH."

 

V- back in dec. some members from the bomb board came to this forum talking crap about never losing to "craptors", where are the fast "craptors". I/we (my riding buddies) started firing back. After a few days raptorrrc invited them down to my place. They agreed, and they showed up from 80 miles away. They unloaded while we were looking over there machines. When they fired them up, i looked over a Bob and told him i was worried. ( those ds's are LOUD and SOUND fast) The long and skinny of this- My raptor has won 90 percent of the time, before the 686 kit, and undefeated after. BUT we have gained some fellow riding buddies. Last trip to kermit the DS's outnumbered us. And on the 13th of april were are headed to LS ok. to ride with some "pigs". We give each other the same hard time in person as we do on this forum!!

Since your in texas why don't you come up & play at Atoka motorsports park? 100 yrd sand drags the 2nd saturday of the month from March to November. Memorial Day weekend is the ASDA Heartland nationals, Lots of quads & big money to be won. I got 3rd last year & won $350 the winner got $1500 & that was pro 3 quad.
