I just installed a new stock style keihin pwk 35 in my kxf and it won't idle. It runs good but just won't idle. The throttle cable seems to short now as well. That's a strange one. I'm only getting 7/8 of my total throttle. The carb came prejetted with stock jets and I run 32:1 mix. Any ideas??

 

does it have an idle scew on the side of the carb. if so try using that.but im sure if you new it was there you prolly already tried that. i kow that some dirtbike racer dont have there bike to idle b/c they say it gives them more accerlation off the start. just something to think about.

 

isnt there somthing called an idler jet in the carb
