which yamaha dirt bike is better the YZ250 or the YZ250F??

 

Depends on if you like 4 strokes or 2 strokes. My guess would be that the 2 stroke will smoke the 4 stroke. Just a guess. Also with a 4 stroke you can ride in more places than with a 2 stroke. At least here in California where they have the green sticker red sticker crap.

 

These two bikes aren't even in the same class. It's like comparing a 350 Warrior with a 350 Banshee.

The YZ125 and YZ250F are in the same class. [The 250F is slightly better]

The YZ250 and YZ426F are in the same class.

My favorite between these four bikes are the YZ250F hands down. I love this bike. Great low end and will smoke most of all the bigger bikes in the top end. Makes a great woods bike too. If you are a bigger guy, you will not want the 125 or the 250F.

If you plan to race, the class you decide to run in will determine whether or not you want the YZ250 or YZ250F.

 

The yz250 is definetly faster than a the yzf250. if I were you i would go with the yz250.BUUUUUURRRRRPP!!!!!!
