Dealer is selling it (doh! tax..) its a 2k2 Raptor with E series slip on and 6 pack rack, from the pics (there big pics) it looks in perfect condition! tires look new, etc. Is $5,999 a good price? or so so....? Most dealers are out of new 2k2 raptors and i figure, a almost new, with a pipe and already broken in is good enough! and what should i look for when looking at the bike? Should i ask them to start it up? what types of smells/sounds/sights should i look for? Thanks!

You can get brand new for 300.00 more dollars. I would prefer to have something that only I rode, I broke in, I changed the oil and maintained. You never know what you will get when you buy something used. Especially a quad. They are designed to be beaten and that is probably the case. Why would somebody have gotten rid of a 2k2 raptor already, unless there is something wrong with it. Buy new, you won't be disappointed
