I have a 2002 Raptor and I plan on putting a Yoshimura complete exhaust system (stainless steel) on it. We ride in wet conditions 6 months out of the year and was wondering what air filter to go with and any air box modifications? K&N makes a nice kit with the jets and air filter, also Pro Design makes a nice Pro Flow air filter that looks easy to clean and may repel water better. What advise can you give that will give me the most performance without risking damaging my engine when we hit a creek at 40 mph and water goes everywhere? Thank you for taking the time to respond.

if you are going to get wet stay away from k&n which allows dirt to wash through the filter. unless you are sure you can keep the filter dry, the pro-design/k&n combo gives the best air flow of all the filter combos (the filter barely fits in the airbox), most foam filters have similar performance except for that junk stock filter
