Hey Cool:

Two questions:
First, did the extra holes in your air filter housing help?

Secondly, just looking at my P650, it appears the filter is aspirated via a pipe or tube that seems to go up under the front rack somewhere. Where does this go? And, could you put a snorkel on it?

That small plastic cover under your bars and above the rack is where the snorkal is at. It is the same places your radiator fill cap is. That is the cover that he modified in his pictures. So for there is no kit to snorkal it but NYROCK (check out his pics in the web site)has a interesting mod that he did to it to help it breath better, it also looks from the mod he did, that it would be easier to snorkal it but there are a couple other areas that you would have to try and snorkal also which would not be as easy like the Tranny breather for one.

looks good, how much more air does that allow, and what changes to the jetting did that make?
