My Scrambler has been hesitating off the line. It also chokes out when I'm in the mud and a lot of water is splashing around. It will choke every 15 seconds or so (almost predictible). If I let off the gas it will die, but it will keep running if I stay on it. A month or more back, I used to be able to wheelie with ease from a stop. Now when I nail it, all I get is some coughs and it takes off slowly. I have the 500 HO engine with a 155 main jet and K&N filter. The warm weather we are having (80*+) seems to make it worse. I can't find any problems with electrical or air intake leaks. What jets should I be using? Any suggestions would be great.

Did you oil the K&N too much? Take it off and try with a paper filter.

Sounds like its running way to rich (fat). If the K&N is over-oiled it will act like the choke is on. If this turns out OK, check choke linkage for proper operation and proper operation and setting of the float and needle in the carb. Perhaps there is dirt holding the needle open.
