Does anyone have any information on the New Polaris Sport Quad that is supposedly coming out besides the "spy picts" in the last issue of ATVSPORT magazine? In my opinion, if they just gave the Scrambler a better frame with double a-arm suspension getting rid of the heavy MacPhearson susp, that would do wonders.

 

I've heard that Daryl Rath of Rath Racing has put quite a few hours on this new machine. rumor has it he seems to think it's a pretty good machine, keep in mind he's won the nationals before

 

I posted today that it looks like people are expecting to have one in August. I don't know if that means the rest of us, but at least we don't have to wait for them to cross the ocean like the new Z400. Those poor guys have a wait too.
And they have gone even farther than just upgrading to double A arm and making it a better frame. Looks like a totally new motor, better tires for the track and probably a lot lighter. It'll probably be a good start in the sport/race quad market for Polaris. I expect it to be higher tech than everything except a Cannondale, and close to the same deal a Z400 will be. Better suspension than a Raptor, newer frame technology and susp than a Banshee, and probably an all around better bike than an EX. We'll see, but it should rank right up there or I'll be disappointed enough to not buy one.
