I have a 97 bayou 220 and just recently a loud clicking noise has started to come from the engine area. I think it might be the piston hitting a valve or something. Anyone else have any ideas? Im bringing it back to the place that gave it a tune up because since its come back from there, it has a lot of new sounds coming from it. All kinds of squeeks, dings, and clicks. Thanks.

 

we have this same problem on our 220. im not sure what it is but when you hear it, up shift and then down shift into the gear you were in and the clicking will stop.
