Does anyone know how many miles of trails are in the new park they are opening this spring, Also does it even pay to drive way up there cause by then the D.N.R. will probably have that shut down also. Anything that is fun, the dnr wants to ban.

Not real sure on the miles of trails, but it is 1200 acres,with hills, scramble areas,challenge areas,plus it is set up for trucks and dirtbikes as well. I plan on checking it out in June on my way back from northern Wisc. I know the DNR is under a lot of pressure lately,the recent trail closings due to 'wet' conditions is a first,but after the real bad press and the articles in the Star Tribune this spring,they are under the microscope by every tree **** group in the state. This is why we all need to band together to show our support for our sport,and go as far as police ourselves to prevent the few who show us in a bad light from getting away with it and making us all look bad.
