Buy a 400Ex!!!! HaHaHa just kidding, check out DuncanRacing.com and get the FatBoy 4 complete pipe w/ the K&N air filter. Huge difference on my machine. I think it's around $400.

 

I will start off with some simple mods that will have it running at around 62mph like mine. Take off the air box lid,install k&n airfilter. If you want to get seirious about it install a T-4,Duncan Fatboy 4 or supertrapp pipe,then install a k&n power kit,bore it out to 330,work your way up to stage 3 jetting and different tires will also help. If you do this you'll have no problem beating stock 400ex's and reaching speeds of 67mph at tops!

I would suggest getting a piston, cam, valve springs, and porting the head before you go and get the 330.
