What are some good tires that wont wear quick for alot of pavement riding. Grip doesnt really matter as long as their not mud tires. how are bandits? I have a 400ex, thanks

Strap a set of low profile tires and rims on there....then get a lowering kit...blue neons, and a loud pipe.

No ATV tires are good for pavment, they are all to soft for alot of road riding.

Thanks alot for the tip, that setup sounds good for MX too. I didnt ask for tires that were made for the road, I asked for some harder than stock that would hold up longer. I appreciate you trying to help me though, thats what its all about, the love....

Dunno about the "love" but I was just thinking, get some grooved radials for the front. I can't think of a good rear tire at the moment, something with alot of tread area, like a turftamer with a harder compund, hmmmmm....let me think for awhile.

Is this JUST for road riding, or both road/trail (like having to ride on the road to get to your trails)? I know Ice Racing tires a knobby tire with a very hard compound (so they hold the stud better). I know that the All-Track tires are much longer wearing than the stock tires. Just remember, any tire will last twice as long on the road if you take it easy with it (no full throttle turns, burnouts, ect...)

I just ride alot of road to get to the trails. Hookup in dirt isnt too important. I didnt know ice tires held up in dirt, that sounds like what I'll do.
