I need help with mainly the tires, shocks, and pipe to get. So far, I plan on getting 6-ply razrs, Works quadstar rear w/ rezzy, and works triple rate fronts, w/ rezzy, then, I plan to get the FMF titanium-4, stainless connector, and powerbomb head pipe. Thanks.

I put Works triple rate, non rezzys on the front of my 400, and was amazed at the difference. I mainly just trail ride, and the other aftermarket shocks were too expensive for what I use the quad for.
I also put a Yoshimura slip on on it. I didn't want anything too loud. Again, I was very pleased with it's performance over stock. I am running a K&N with a 165 mj.
I just finished installing Houser +1, +1/2 a-arms, and stainless steel brake lines, but haven't test ridden it yet, I can't wait to, though.
I also have a Lonestar Axcaliber axle, and a Houser +1 1/4 swingarm on the way.
I will be adding a 416 kit this fall.

If your going to spend money on shocks , your better off taking your money and putting it into a decent set , Elka makes awesome shocks from what i hear and they aren't TOO much more than works.

Thanks Guys! I'm sorry about not telling you what type of terrain I ride, I ride desert. I saw a drag race at horn rapids, in eastern wa., and all the guys told me to get a powercore 4, and the same header. Thanks for all your help, and you probably don't want to hear the rest of my huge list of stuff.

Hey, Quadfather, where'd you get you a-arms, axle, and swingarm from, after I'm done with all the other 3,000 dollars worth of parts, I'm gonna get a-arms, an axle and swingarm, all Lonestar, and an axle carrier, and anti-fade lock nut. If you want to help me out a little more, then here's the rest of the stuff I'm getting: Fmf power core 4 and powerbomb head, as you know. K&N jet kit, Maier atv handguards, Ricochet engine, and swingarm skids, (razrs) Dura blue wheel spacers( before a-arms), DG alloy nerfs, K&N air filter, DG alloy bumper, and a Denton steering dampener. Also, what size of jets should I run? I might get steel braided brake lines, Pro taper bars w/ pad, MSR cluth and brake lever set, magura hydrolic clutch, and Hinson clutch basket. I ride desert, weigh 117 lbs, very aggressive, and competitive. Thanks.
P.S. I might clip the front fenders.

Dont put the fmf power core. They suck and they're loud as hell. if you dont care how loud it is go with a curtis sparks. They're freakin' sick. I also dont recommend the razrs. first their flat on the bottom which, unless you thouroughly enjoy sliding all over the place, are not going to hook up worth a crap in the desert. I had the bandits and my friends viper blaoon tires on his identical 400 beat me by a full length and a half. secondly, they wont last. with the gooopy trad they got on em your lookin at about six rides. you do realize they were designed for MX. just some words from experience. :/
