Procircuit, you said you didn't care about noise. Best power increase probably comes from this pipe.

Dennis Kirk has them. I bought mine from a guy on the forum who had only used for a few dyno runs. I paid 300, dennis kirk wants around 480. It's the most expensive but worth the money. It's the T4 system. It is tunable with differenend endsand they also make a quiet core insert.
