hello i was wondering what the top speed of a 300ex is stock? my freinds and i are arguing over this.... we know that the blasters can eat it(they arent stock) but we want to know exactly how fast the 300 goes

ive done some research, and the dirt wheels from may 2002 says it goes about 60 and i think that is a little high and i remember from over a year back said it went like 53 so i didnt know

 

I have two of them. A 98 and a 96. Both are completley stock and they both do 56.5 on a dry lake bed. I installed bike computers on them that show speed, miles traveled, and some other stuff as well.

 

I got 62mph out of mine before I put my airfilter on. I tested it 3 times. So iguess it ranges from 55-62. I dont know how you people only get 55 out of them? Most be the rider. Lol j/k.

 

Yup, right around 55 stock. They surely aren't the fastest quads around, but they are okay in their own way.

Stock it goes about 79. Put an airfilter set of pipes,(buy the v-twin kit for it) and it'll gain about 23 hp more.

 

warrior - 57-59? never seen a 300ex ( stock ) touch a blaster or warrior , warrior 2 - 3 mph top end faster than a blaster. keep in mind this is personal experience , so yall can save the bashing and the " this mag said this BS " , just what ive seen and what ive rode, which is all three of the bikes.
