I have a 400ex race ready and i just bought a 1989 250R stock. I want to take all the parts of my 400 that can be used on the R. (ex. +2 a arms, front shocks, rear shock, axle?) will i have any problems? help will be appreciate it

Why take parts of a 400EX when you could buy even better aftermarket parts for the 250? Lager makes some sweet *** A-Arms, buy some PEP shocks (these kick ***!), and Dominator makes great axles that are way better than stockers. Also check with RPM Racing in Tempe, AZ they make all kinds of billet parts that are sweet.
