greenbud,

There is only one mod for the Polaris 500s that is worth getting. That is the 600-628cc kit from FST (Four Stroke Tech). And yes, it will pull your face off. Some of the people I've talked to say they're faster than the modified 400s (not to be a doubting Thomas, but I'll believe it when I see it). Still, most of the guys running four strokes in the GNCC swear by them and frankly they are still the only way to get more power out of the 500s.

Hope this helped!

Indeed.

In the meantime add the HPD airbox mod and the FMF magemax II. All of that can be done for $279. I used a 165 jet, not the 170 that came in the kit. (my plug was BLACK at sea level)
These two mods help out a ton. Nothing like he's looking for, but part of the process. Do that and order up the $1500 600.

Scramblerman,

Thanks, I haven't updated the pictures of it yet. The plastic is finished and the seat (freedom series) and handguards have changed. Not to mention I did get rid of the shifter (more excess weight).
