I just got a Kawasaki ATV book in the mail and I was looking at the 650, and I am wondering what that peice of removable-looking platic in front of the handlebars is?

It gives you access to radiator cap

Thats what I thought it was for, but I wasnt sure. I was thinking of trading the Kodiak in on one at the end of the summer.
