Aftermarket catalogs
#1
Can anyone please reccommend several reasonably priced companies of after market parts.
I will be looking for:
Stick stoppers or whatever they are known by, preferably metal.
Maybe some shock covers to keep the dirt, water and mud out.
Larger carrying racks for front and rear, maybe racks that drop down some.
All for a 2000 Honda Rancher 4x4 ES. This is my first ATV, and would like to ask all of you for help in using the "right" aftermarket suppliers.
Does anyone specialize in Honda stuff?
THANKS! This forum is wonderful fot the beginning novice.

"Powersports Mall" on the ATV Connection, accessible from the home page, is worth a look for ATV accessories.
Regarding accessories for your new quad, I'd go slow at first. Mr. Honda's engineers have been building quads a while; the pure stock machines have considerable capabilities. For example, I'd find out first whether my stock racks carried my typical loads adequately before I shopped for aftermarket versions. If you want shock boots, that's cool, but: they're seldom seen in the field, in my experience; thus, not essential.
As a new rider, the primary accessory for you is the ATV Safety Institute Rider Course; take it, and use the bonus you receive to buy a nice accessory, maybe pay part of your winch cost!

I have a Rocky Mountain atv catalog and it is pretty complete. But with the rancher being such a new model there might not be much in the current catalogs for them. You may have to call around for the products you are looking for.
