I was wondering how u would take the baffle out and still keep the chrome peice on the silencer. I took it out and tryed ponding it out but wont budge. Any ideas would be great!

your going to have to cut it out. i have 2 endcaps. one with all the spark arrestor stuff in it and one with it all cut out and just the chrome peice.

 

Ok, How do i cut it out? what do i use to cut it out?

 

take the three bolts out, and take out the baffle, there will be a round screen and inside that there will be a smaller tube that goes to the outside, i didn't actually cut mine (i got it from a friend) but i would think just about anything that can cut metal would do it, such as a cut off wheel. if i was doing it i would put the endcap into a vice, then cop off the screen and middle thing off right where the actual endcap ends. then you just bolt it back on, its a lot louder (but not nearly as loud as a lot of aftermarket exhausts) and it sounds pretty cool.
