Just had a big scare today. My idiot light would not go out and I want to ride tommorow so I checked press with a gauge and it was good but I still did not want to run it without a light (you never know)But I did notice a lot of water in the conection and when I checked the switch with a meter it was working. The bike shop was closed so I turned the switch upside down and heated it lightly with a propane torch, A lot of water ran out of the switch and it worked when I reinstalled it. I figure there was enough water in the housing to make a path to ground when voltage was applied instead of a meter. Must have happened when used the power washer to remove some unwanted stickers. Thought I would let everyone know in case it happens to you
