The ride is still on for Badlands on June 15th. Among myself there will be eRAPTOID, BansheeWarrior, and several other forum riders that we've never met yet, but I've still got no commitment from a fellow DS rider to be there. Come on man, I never get to ride with other DS's! Don't make our trailers the only ones getting all the looks!

Also, an earlier post about a trip to Silver Lake this month has been canceled. Anybody interested in going to MI September 17-19? Organdoner, BigWaynster?? Or even August 20-22, or maybe even July 23-25??

Its good to see that you haven't lost hope in getting your motor back. Some people who have been waiting as long as you are about to give up all hope. I can't imagine the suffering of having a beautiful bike that can't be ridden, I feel for you guys.

 

Yep ~ I'll be there with bells on! Can't wait to try out the new header system and Stage 2 DynoJet kit, and with freshly adjusted valves. I'm ready to roost baby!!

 

It looks like we will be able to make it. I plan on leaving out of here about 6 am and getting there around 9-10. There are few guys coming with me. There should be a few 400ex's possibly a raptor and a few other utility quads. The guys with the utility quads are concerned about the sand, I told them they shouldn't have any problems, what do you think?

 

ROCKEY - They WILL NOT have any problems with the sand - it is NOT soft fluffy dune sand. It is only dirt sand. You can get around on this sand with holeshots or turftamers! Nothing to it!! Tell them to come on! They WILL have a good time.

Look for a white Rap with red Alba graphics and you've found "RAPTOID"!

Rockey - there will be 4 other utilities in our group as well, and there is one special trail suited just for them....the "winch recommended, skull and crossbones trail".
I will be the tall guy on the DS - look for all of us in the lower parking lot down the hill from the office/shop.

 

I was very much looking foward to meeting you guys out there. However, some things have come up and I will not be able to go. Maybe next time!!
