If so, I would like to hear a sampling of different pipes used on the Banshee. My pipes are stock and I haven't got to hear any other Banshees run. I have heard (by other people) that the toomeys sound awesome as well as the cobra.

Can anyone post or email me a wave file or real audio or mp3 file with some different pipe recordings on it?

PS>> I rode my first Warrior today. Man, is there a huge difference between it and a Banshee. Do aftermarket pipes make this much difference in seat-of-the-pants feel on a banshee as there is between the warrior and banshee?

email me at bash@vci.net

Thanks,
bash

I'd buy new pipes for the type of riding you do not for the way they sound. For low end pipes the 2 into 1 pipes are best and they sound like Indy cars. For top end there are many choices. I'm going with 2 into 1 pipes as I ride in the woods. Been waiting almost three months to get them though. A sound file of a Banshee would be cool to have on my PC though.

Why the 3 mos wait? Are the pipes on back order or something, or have you been saving up for 3 mos?

I ordered then in Jan. I thought there should be plenty in stock. Figured not too many folks work on their quad in Jan. I guess there is either a very high demand for this pipe, or they are keeping my order till they get enough orders to do a manufacturing run. I also had to pay half the cost up front. The two into one pipes are fairly specialized, and I'm getting mine from the original designer Moto Fast. Most for the Banshee XC riders use Moto Fast stuff. I guess when it comes to getting bottom end power out of a Banshee they are the best. I've also sent them the head off my Banshee to mod that too. They claim that mod only takes two weeks. Anyone that ownes a Banshee owes it to them selves to call moto fast. Jimmy is extremly knowledgable about the Banshee. He will be willing to give you good information about what works and what doesn't on the Banshee without trying to sell you all the CNC'ed junk. His number is 270-527-3025. Hope this helps.
