The state has finally started considering opening parks to ATV's. Please mail your comments. If your not sure what to say, just say you think it's great and you would welcome a legal place to persue your hobby. I'll give you stamp money if you need it.

I read the written proposal and I think if there are enough people out there, who would like riding areas opened up, than I'm sure this will work. Hopefully by the time I purchase my ATV, there will be some riding areas opened.
