i just got a white bros e-series slip-on and K&N Air Filter and K&N Jet Kit. i am at 0-1000 feet. with the filter and the pipe i am currently running a 134 main jet, mixture screw 2 turns out, and the needle on the 3rd clip position. Occasionly the engine will sputter at different RPM's. am i using the right main jet, needle position, and mixture screw setting? or should i change the setup?

Check your manual to see were air screw should be. Run bike one good time & come back. While bike is running, idle all the way up. Now turn your air screw until the engine runs smooth. Idle back down. Turn bike off & count your turns on air screw. If it is too far out, lean your pilot jet. If it is too far in, richen your pilot jet. Your main jet & needle should be fine.

Hope this will help.
P.S.
Might be other way around on the richening & leaning. But you know what I mean.

Did you do a plug check?? I would do a wide open run with it with your curreent settings and then just hit the kill switch while your wide open and check the plug. If its rich try like I told you and do another plug check? If it is too lean I would order a dj132 from dynojet and try that with the needle on the 3rd clip. I think thats how I had mine for a while before the clamp on and port job.
