Works triple rate steelers are only $369. Add rezzies later, or save 60 bucks and buy with rezzies for $500 something. But the steelers are pretty darn good bang for the buck.
Hey, I got the Nerfs straightened out pretty good, UPS tomorrow.

Also, some guy is selling triple rate works with rezzies for I think 480-ish on eBay. He/she has a rating of 50, which isn't too bad for a vendor I guess. Here is the link to one of the current auctions, if you want the DS shocks, I think you just email the person and they'll get you hooked up.

If you get the works have them made with the 5/8 in shafts or you will bend them on the MX track. I have bent 2 and just sent them back to have to 5/8 shafts put on.

Only the Pro series come with the 5/8 shaft. But you can get them with either Resevoirs or piggybacks. I still don't know which is better though. Any feelings on that? Also, check with Denton racing, he is a major Ohlin distributor and from what I have heard he carries them for the DS. And Ohlins are by far the best shocks out there.

I got works steelers for my ds a month ago and they are awsom. But i am afraid i may have bent the outside tube on a big jump. I dont know mabye its just my emagination. If i did i bent them both identicaly so i think its just me. Otherwise i love them. They soak up the small bumps great and will handle as much air as the stockers did with the preload set just short of half way up.

I just got my steelers back from having the 5/8 in shafts put in them (you have to special order the 5/8 in shafts). I already had the shocks so instead of trashing the steelers I just had them made into the pros. They look so much stronger that the 1/2 in shafts. I hope that they hold up.

I have TCS dual rates up front and my stock rear rebuilt by TCS. Now two and three foot sand whoops fills like the motion of the ocean.
