I recently purchased the 2002 Arctic Cat ATV service manual CD-ROM. I beleive I can figure out how to e-mail you a page or few pages you made need if you get into a bind when trying to fix your machine.(as long as it doesn't get to demanding)I'd be glad to help if i can.

No problem! Like I said glad to help if I can. Does anyone know how many pages are in the print version of the service manual? vewdew how many in your manual? The reason why I ask is, that if I add up all 11 sections pages the total comes out to 398 pages. I remember seeing a print copy once and it did not look thick enough to have that many pages in it! So if there isn't that many in the print version' what more info. do I have on the CD?

Not to sound like a "me too" type, but I've got a 2002 service manual and willing to help out when I can. This has to be the best thing about the Cat forum; everyone is willing to help in some way.

zr500man, The cd is 479 mb. Not to be a Harda-s but I am NOT willing to burn copies or upload it to kazaa to many potential problems there . I don't want to get in trouble and I don't want this forum to get any heat. I'm just willing to do what I said in my orig. post. Sorry! I'm sure (you better ) understand.

Yea it's a print copy and I don't really know how many pages it is. It's pretty thick, about a 1 1/4 thick with 11 sections. So far I’ve only pawed through it but was impressed by the detailed info. The typical owner’s manual is junk (at least for the 02s) my old 01 manual at least had torques specs.
