Since you work at a dealership I figure you are the best one to ask this question. I am planning on buying a Cannibal in the spring. Right now I have a 1998 Blaster. As you can imagine it is starting to get boring speed wise. I was thinking about putting on an aftermarket pipe, but one person told me it would decrease the trade-in value. Is this the case? What should I do? Thanks for the help.

I'm not knows alot but maybe this will help.

Buy the pipe and put it on. Keep the stock one so you can either switch it or include it.

Ride it with the new pipe for awhile.

Hey that doesn't sound like too bad of an idea. Then I could sell the aftermarket to someone. Now why didn't I think of that. Thanks Smitty!

Always keep your stock parts and put them back on when you sell the quad. Sell your aftermarket parts on ebay and get 60-70% or more of what you origanally paid for them...

Sorry Rebel, but I have been out of town the last few days. I just got back.

Both suggestions from smitty and SandGod are mine as well. As far as resale goes, the Blaster usually gains a bit of value with bolton mods........just don't get too crazy with the prices you pay for them. The Blaster resale peaks lower than most. After all....you can buy a new one for 3 large.

Thank yall for the help. As far as $ wise, I probably will not spend over $350. Gotta save for the Cannondale! I will be racing at a B&M bracket race this week. Maybe I can win a few days and speed up the process. LOL

Just remember to come see me when you get ready for that Cannondale

I've got Cannibals' Speeds' and Cannibal LEs' ready to load in your truck

Take your pick.
