Trinity is taking orders for the new Dyna ignition system for the Raptor!!!! Don't waste your money on that funky "advance key" that is not proven to do anything on a built Raptor. Don't hope that a 49 state stock box will work miracles -- it will not. In fact, the California box was shown to have a better curve for a built machine.

The new Dyna ignition is the ONLY unit to have. I have tested the unit under many conditions and found that it is the only way to go. For the money, you get a plug in unit that provides full coil saturation at any rpm and it is fully programmable. It will improve performance of a stock machine and is mandatory for any built machine. Get one now or you will be following someone who already has one.

Wait, it gets better >>> this ignition has special output leads for any "extra" application you desire. For example, you can add a shift light or auto shifter and program on lead to trigger at a particular rpm. Another lead allows the addition of a standard tach instead of some funky expensive tach. Another lead can be used with N20 or to perform other functions. It is AWSOME!

From what I understand, if you want one, you must go through Trinity to get it.

eRaptoid,

I believe Harry told me something like $300-$350, but I don't remember exactly.

Jon,
I have to wait on this box, as much as I want one. I need my carbs first!

Oh, one more thing..

This is the most advanced design ignition box ever produced by Dyna. They have taken the ignition system to a new level!!!!!!

I went to the Trinity web site & they have no info up on it yet.
Any idea when they'll have the info or when it'll be avalible?
I guess my truck will have to wait another couple of months for those new tires!!

Sounds like another killer item that i need!! I need to get on a lay away plan with trinity. I hate for my wife to see the credit card statements with Harry's name on them. She says i spend enough for both of us, and it is her turn now. I said fine as long as she wants something from trinity.

What kind of numbers are we looking at here raptor720? Thanks

will it allow me the ability to hook up a real tach or just a "better" digital one....

I really need a tach for this quad...I'd love to have a car style tach on it...and a shiftlight, just like my car

Use ANY automotive 12 volt 4 cylinder tach! Use your favorite shift light (if the wattage of the light is too high, you will need to use a switching relay). I am telling you -- this is the best ignition plug in ever made by any company bar none. If you were going to built up a box with all of these features it would cost you several thousand dollars. I think you will be happy with a price in the $300 range. You can thank Harry, Raptor 720 for "encouraging" Dyna to make the unit with "special" features.
