Well hears how it goes.Markvette told me he has been going to every race that the owner Kip has been going to because he has been letting his son race a cannable for him.He told me they were going to be at the Fernwood track last night to come on out.Well as yall know my speed was not working it was not getting any fire or fuel.I called my dealer they told me its 4th of July week they cant get to it bring it back late next week. I was out of a bike for the week.Just out of faith I brought my bike with me to the Fernwood race last night and met Kip from E-Z Ride and he jumped right on looking at my bike,He checked every thing with a test light and couldn't find nothing wrong.He just so happend to have a 03 speed and a 03 LE cannable with him for display.He took the computer from the 03 speed and put it in my bike it fired right up.He told me to keep it he will send mine back and get a new one.He also had a guy racing a moto and a mx400 dirt bike for him last night including the canable Markvettes'son was racing.He also took my bike with him after the race to double check every thing Tusday and down load the stall and moto map in it.It stalled Six times in the 1st moto once on the face of a wot double that scared the s**t out of me.It nosed dived into the face of the landing just about threw me head over.I got 4th place out of 8 bikes.Markvettes sun got 3rd ,the moto got 2nd and a 30,000dollar 310R got 1st.I missed the practice laps getting mine running and havent rode the track with the new jumps.
Kip is going to bring it to me at the Fernwwod track Wednesday night for practice.Is that service or what.Not only is he the owner but he knows every thing about how to work on them to.

That's great man! I'm glad ya got her runnin. I've found that with any dealer thats really into racing, they're simular to E-z Ride. They truly love the sport and go out of their way for people.

We have about 5 dealers like this in about 100 mile radius. They're at the tracks on the weekends, helping out and rooting on their racers. They even sponsor the little guy. I think it's just a big boost to a kid to be able to put a dealers name on his radiator guard. And then to see the owner of the shop next to his parents, cheering him on. We really need more dealers like that.

 

you go special, i told you kip was a hell of a guy. josh got fourth in the second moto, he hit the kill switch by accident. man we didnt get away from the track till 1:30 this morning and then drove back home tomorrow. i cant wait till kip puts josh on a speed. i know im dad and bragging but he keeps improving by leaps and bounds and kip goes out on the track and works with him till he gets the jumps. he was hitting that back double in fith gear wide open. i tld my wife he was going to have to get a pilots licsens. kip said he will let me know wednesday where we race this week so you will probably know before me, if not i'll call and let you know. that was awesome to see four dales on the track last night. holler at you later

special- I hated to miss the race Saturday but my transmission blew Wednesday night during practice. I will be at Fernwood this Wednesday though. I have close to 15k in my 250r and the guy who won Saturday has about the same. Its also a 265 not a 310. There is a big race a Swan MX in Tyler, TX this weekend you ought to try to come to. Well I will see ya Wed.

Special, you mentioned having these stalling problems, this occurred after your ECU was replaced? Is that correct? Just curious, did the stalling ever occur on your Speed before the ECU was replaced?
