i came buy 2 junked out 350L wheelers this weekend. was toying around with the idea of taking the radiator out and pluming it in to my radiator to help with extra cooling, to keep from overheating. i was thinking of doing this are taking out the fan and riging up 2 fans. which would be better. also has anyone tried taking off the side panels and screen for more airflow. would this be better are worse for overheating etc. mud getting in. i carry around a bulge pump to clean out radiator.thaks just kicking around some ideas

If there is enough room for 2 radiators, I think it would help quite a bit with cooling. If you are running two electric fans, you might be draining your battery faster than it can be charged (I'm assuming that it has a battery).

I think your water pump will be fine. Just have it set up so the water is pumped out of the head(like stock) and then travels to radiator #1..Instead of having the water pumped back into the head, it will "flow" into the next radiator. The the water will be returned to the head. The pump will be pumping the same amount of water at a time, so there will be no extra work to do.

i have made a bracket now that bolts the radiator to my front split rack. looks great. looks like part of the bike.anyway just got back from the auto parts store with some extra hose and fitting to make it work. will try it out and see how it works. seems like it will work.
