02 cannibal, #20, MC500, Ohlins, cable clutch, Renthals, dented front wheels,Looks good,
runs great, 200 hours, 75%tread.

I've got a potential buyer and am thinking about an 03LE or speed. Anybody got an opinion on what I could reasonably ask?

Thanks!

before I got my new motor I was thinking the same thing, since you got the ohlins I think you can feel good about asking 5K for it. In my own opinion. is that what you were thinking?

Yea man, 5k sounds about right to me. i'm taking her to the dealer for the FIRST time next week for a checkup/diagnostic to assess the motor's condition. I've kinda got the hots for a new one though, so I can stay a step ahead of my baby bro!

well see if the dealer will give you money for a trade, maybe the dealer will give you 4500 and you pay 2500 more for a new one, prob. a little less with cash$$. If not, sell it on E-bay, buyer pays shipping and away you go, anyhow, good luck!

Hey,

I'm the one that's tryin to stay ahead of your bro, and not having much luck either. I've just been using the excuse that he's younger, he11, I'm almost old enough to run with the seniors lol. In reality I need to take a month off and practice every day.

I heard you might be building a backyard track JayBR! that will be super cool! surely you can get enough practice then. The best way to stay ahead is to let a bunch of air out of his tires!

Yeah Yo! Any new quad around here will have that flying 'C' logo on it . For sure.

Yeah, I'm going to try and build some sort of track, I've got 70 acres and a tractor with a bucket and blade so why not. Just need to get some of my buddies in the excavation business to donate some dirt for the jumps or it's gonna take a while. A dozer for a weekend would be cool too.

It's not exactly backyard though, at least not until I build a house on the property sometime in the next couple years.

BTW: If I ever get it done your all invited for a ride.

Ryanstones,
PM if you dont mind, Im looking at finding a 'Dale and could be interested, it looks like money might be good this month. Also, I could pick it up IF I can get the money together, im about 4 1/2 hours from Pensacola. That would a great excuse to get out and make a trip to FL!

I've been hearing the used ones are only worth about $100. That would leave you with about $6900 out of pocket. Way too much, you better stick with what you've got!!!! heheheehehe You don't need those pretty stars and stripes!!

Seriously, I'd have to say 5k would be a great price for the buyer. The seller would be better off to get a few more bucks for it. 7000 new, still the current model year, a few decent upgrades on it, I've got to lean toward a little more than 5k. 5400-5500.
