I'm thinking of buying a Grizzly, but I want to get some idea of what problems - if any you're having with your machines. I've been over on the Kawi forums and they seem to be having a lot of belt/converter and overheating problems. Is this the same with the Grizz? How does it handle water? Any other issues? Thanks for the input.

just to sum it up.

Boiling gas/overheating - some have had it, others haven't (like me) some are fixing it with mods

sagging floorboards - seems like Yamaha has put out new pegs, but your dealer has to beg for them

I recall a front shaft dislocation, but I think it was fixed midyear.

that is all I recall. I took all things into account when I bought my bike back in April.. haven't had a regret yet!!! (or problem)
