how much hp does the mojave have stock

Those HP numbers are quite libral.
If I remember rite on the kawi spec sheet it post 20 HP. But doesn't say where from.
Here is some food for thought:
Lakota 13.9
300EX 13.7
Warrior 18
400EX 26
This should get things more in perspective.

bsabrosa,
I just looked and your rite. It use to say 20, so don't hold alot of wieght in that.
I would think it floats rite around the EX and lakota. For sure no more than 16HP. I would be absolutely shocked if it was.
Forgot, the blaster is 13.9 HP also, so here you go again. The EX, Kota, and blasters are very very close in performance as far as riding goes. I would have to put the mojave in that group as well.
I don't know about stock but all four machines can come within 1 bike length of each other dragging with pipe and jetting.
I know poeple are going to jump and say one can take another by several bike lengths, but I have watched the poeple around my house and who ever pulled the holeshot usually won. Meaning none have a HP advantage over the other. Or one would be able to real the other in and pass it.

My brother has a 93 warrior, and I can take him off the line no matter what, but I can only hold him off for a couple of hundred yards on a strat drag. When he hits sixth gear he goes right by. But, I can get him in the woods. Mojave are not drag racers, but they slice and dice pretty well. Even better, I hoping, when I flip my front wheels around and get an extended axle.
