I changed the oil in my Scrambler 500 today, per instructions included with the convenient "Polaris Oil Change" kit. Later I read the more detailed instructions in the shop manual, only to find out that I had left 8 ounces of old oil in the crankcase. (Didn't know about that second drain plug). Will this cause any problems? Also, where the heck is that second plug? (I didn't really look yet, but I sure haven't seen it while just messing around in there either).

You will not have problems, you just didn't change all of the oil. If you've ran the engine since the change, there is no point in doing it now. The old oil has already been mixed with the new.

The crankcase drain is a bolt mounted vertically under the pull-rope side of the engine.
