Went to the mx races in Splendora{just outside of Houston} this past weekend and who did I see? This long haired, very thin, tall, tatooed, goatee wearing mx'er that was riding an almost stock older Shee. He had a full faced helmet from the 70's without a visor painted sparkle red and raced the intermediate class WITHOUT goggles. This rocker was airing it out and passing many a modded 250R on a triple jump that most riders were only doubling! He wasn't very fast in the turns, but he didn't slow down for any of the monster jumps. Way to go Kid Rock! He finished in the middle of the pack without goggles every race and gained many fans. Me included!

Yeah, I'm serious. This guy was definately underprivledged but was there with his whole family letting it all hang out. Barely a helmet with NO goggles chasing some pretty fast guys and passing some of them in the air on a hairy triple that most were doubling. If I had some extra goggles I would have donated them to this kid rock fella.
