The ONLY brakes you are going to get right now are STOCK, from the dealer. SEE my ramblings about trying to find aftermarket pads, in last week's posts here. I researched availability extensively, ONLY the dealers have'em right now. The aftermarket folks have listings, but you won't be able to order them. They JUST aren't out yet. Anytime, is what I was told. If you find aftermarket ones, PLEASE let me/us know.
I am going to TRY to reline my old pads. I'll post how that went ,later.

scootdog--- Rocky Mtn. was one of my first stops in my brake pad quest. They didn't have them 2 weeks ago. Like I mentioned earlier, lots of suppliers have listings, BUT can't deliver. The aftermarket pads just aren't out there yet. I checked with a EBC distributor in the mid-west. They told my source that: Yes they have a listing, NO they don't have the product to distribute. I spent a lot of time checking my options 2 weeks ago, and came up with NOTHING but stock pads. That is why I am going to reline my old ones. The aftermarket people all said the same thing: "Any time, now........."
BTW--- I recommend when you do check your pad wear, check the INNER ones. In my bike's case, the inner ones wore about 20% faster. No, nothing was stuck, or binding on the calipers, this appears the be a design flaw.
