I dont beleive that is true. If that was, you would be getting close to 70 hp with a pipe and filter and jets. That would be some magic jets.
I just dont beleive it. I think you might see about 40-45 with any pipe, filter and jetting spot on.
My 2 cents

Magic has it right.
The website said the biggest gain was around 30 hp through the RPM range. When you look at the dyno comparison Here, look at the biggest gain RPM, around 8500 RPM. See where the stock is only putting out 9.4 hp, and the CT puts out 41.5. That is where they are talking a 30 hp difference. The peak hp difference is around 7100 hp where they see 49.2 as compared to 33.6 hp peak at 6000 stock.
The pipe kit is very good. You could probably get close to the same output using another pipe setup, but you will need to buy the parts and try to get the jetting bang on. The benefit of the ct 'kit' is they supply you with everything you need to get that HP/torque gain.
I am very happy with my kit, and they only complaint is the finish on the pipe. It isn't stainless, or something similar, so it looks kind of dull. But, you have to keep up to see it....
