In a drag race the blaster would win by a few bike lengths

 

the blaster will easily beat the 250 with the automatic clutch, i have a couple of 4 wheelers and my son rides a blaster he had it stock for about a year and it beat 250 and 300 but slighty on the 300 he now has a pipe and kn filter and reeds and it really smokes the 250 is a fine bike and the handling is superb and it should keep up with one in the woods depending on the driver of both

I think that you are referring to the new 250EX, which has an automatic clutch, the 250x's are manual.

 

Yes, I'm talking about a stock 250X (not a 250 EX) VS a stock Blaster 200. Which would win in a race?

 

It will be dead nuts even. I have two friends (one with blaster and other has a 250x).The blaster is 100% stock and the 250x only has a supertrapp. THe 250x consistently beat the blaster by about 2 bike lengths no matter who was driving. A 250x with a stock pipe would almost certainly be dead even with the blaster. I think it all comes down to the rider.

Well i think the blaster you saw had somthing wrong with it.I have seen a blaster beat both 250x's and 300ex's buy a few bike lengths. Just my 2cents.

 

the 250x is definitly faster than a stock blaster i have a 250x and a mojave and both are faster than 3 difrent balster one with a fmf silencer and the other2 witch are stock the 25x is definitly faster
