I don't have any pics but I just installed my nac's block off this weekend, it looks pretty trick. It is just a cap on the inside of the brake caliper mounted with the two bolts that use to hold the parking brake assembly.

You will need to remove your front plastic to remove the switch on your handle bars. I cut the two wires after the connection behind the radiator and electrical taped them up SEPERATLY (if they make contact the quad will think the parking brake is on and not run properly).

To remove the cable you will have to take the adjustment screw off at the handle bar end, remove the bracket on the back side of the motor (the bolts also holds your starter in position), slide the bracket off and put the bolts back in. After poping the cable out a couple J-hooks that holds it in place, you should be able to pull the cable right out the back.

BlueLeader,

How does the block off seal against the caliper? Is there an O-ring or gasket? Do you reuse the original gasket?

Thanks in advance.

I used a thin layer of permatex to seal it.
