Its a tapping coming from the front of the engine. Its not the header but i don't know, it might be the valves. Any other opinions?

 

Might be a leaking exuast gasket

 

adjust the valves. honda are known for noisey valves (our anyways) especially when they are reved high.

 

If it is a mechanical tick tick tick that is mostly noticeable at idle or low RPMs it is most likely the valves tapping and asking you for an adjustments. As you rev it the noise will seem to goaway. It could also be an exhaust leak although an exhaust leqak sounds diferent - less metal on metal like.
