I was wondering if anyone knew in inside and outside diameters on these pipes- Sparks,Trinity, Graydon, DMC, or CT ?

If you own one of these pipes and know the diameters I would appriciate the info! (Helping a friend shop)

Well, I don't have any ID or OD info to share, unfortunately.

But I did just get off the phone with a pipe mfg and I was told that the collector (where the 2 pipes come together) location is alot more critical then I thought. The sound waves and pressure makes big changes due to this location.

Sorry I couldn't provide the info you were asking for.

EDIT:
Velocirap,
I thought about that too, but "Dirt Doo" has been known to really screw up on printing specs. Therefore, probably not the best source for actual specific information. No disrespect to you.

I don't know how much help this will be but here's some OD measurements on my Sparks X6 stainless header.
Left pipe (as your sitting on the quad) 1.3520"
Right pipe 1.4055"
I'm guessing the ID of both pipes are between 1 1/4" & 1 3/8"
After the collector 1.8860"

These are all gonna be just close because of all the bends make the diameters change slightly.

swatak, you sources are correct, the collector location is critical and also the size of the head pipe just out of the head too. There is a lot to think about when designing a pipe. Some manufactures put a lot into it and others just copy and then some just do it with so it fits. I know of only two pipe manufactures that do not have a collector, Trinity and I think DMC Alein. They run their pipe all the way back to the silencer. Is it good or bad? I have meassured Tinity,Yoshi, OEM, and a few others pipes. They run from 1.25 to 1.380 inches. A couple step up just after the first bend and most do not.
