Any one have any special method for doing wheelies
on a Scrambler 500?
I just bought one a few months ago and Love it.
But with no cluch its hard to do wheelies.

Just a note "this is the best quad I have owned".
It rules in the woods/snow

Thanks for any info

It is a difficult task to wheelie a scr. 500 while moving. It is easy to lift the wheels from a stop. I usually get my rear as far back on the seat as I can. Almost sitting on the rack. Then I nail the throttle, and stand up and lean back at the same time. Be careful or you will end up on your rear on the ground.

Try putting one foot on the grab bar, the other on the floor board, set the brake a little, rev it, let the brake out and instantly punch it.... then you can learn how to ride one out.

My Friend has a 99' 500 and I can wheelies on that for like 50 feet. All you have do is blip the throttle a little then bend your knees slightly and hit the throttle and the front end will pick up easily then just blip the throttle till you hit that spot and just ride them out!!!
p.s. don't be afraid to flip back it will happen once or twice believe me! :-)
