head pipe question?

It's not any bigger than stock, but it stays as two headpipes longer than the stocker before it meets the silencer.
I have rode a couple with them and didn't notice any "seat of the pants" difference. I haven't seen any dyno numbers that show the difference. Maybe you can find a member here who has done that.
The 2003 Cannondales have a head pipe that is very similar to the HMF header pipe offered for the 2001 and 2002 models, but to put an HMF on a 2003 requires the full HMF system....$450.00

The Head Pipe is good for 2-3 HP on the Low end and 3-4 hp more in the Mid.This is above what the HMF Silencer makes.The Full System makes about 1/2 to 1 HP more on the Top end.AS you can see the Head Pipe does its job in the Low and Mid Range.
