My buddy has a 2000 450 ES and needs to replace the pipe. This is a totally stock machine. I looked the pipe over and cannot find anything visually wrong, but it got noticably louder the other night? The stock replacement from Honda seems pricey. Would prefer not to have to rejet.

Any ideas are welcome and appreciated.

Try ebay! My buddy bought one for his foreman 450 a couple of months ago for like a hundred bucks. Most likly his baffles are bad.
