I just bought a 03 Rancher ES 2X4. I notice a loud clunking when shifting. My wife has a 02 Recon ES, and hers shifts quieter.
Is there any adjustments I need to do?
Any advise would be helpful and appreciated. any thought?

 

get the clutch adjusted by somebody that knows what he or (politically correct) she k's what they are feeling for in the pressure plate in the mechanical clutch----in the front cover beside the gearshift motor
