will kawasaki answer to the suzuki ltz250?

Not sure, but there was talk about a late release 03 Lakota. Now a lakota with manual clutch and lose about 75 pounds would be more than a answer to the LTZ250.
But if you think about it the LTZ250 is more of a answer to the mojave. The mojave is a much better machine. Give the mojave some suspention and that would be about all it needed. Well electric start would be nice.
The shaft drive LTZ looks good, but the blaster still seems to own that market.
When it comes down to it the price of all the entry level quads are still pretty pricey. So I find it hard for the blaster will get any compatition from any of the thumpers. Even the polaris trailblazer out sells the rest.

Powerwise the Mojave should beat the Z250 with ease... braking, too, for that matter. You would hope that Suzuki at least got the suspension right. Although these two quads are aimed at a little different audience, they are in the same displacement class in the sport quad ranks. It would be kind of funny if the 15 year old Mojave walks all over the Z250, though.
