What is the high and low pressure recommended on 20/10/10 skattrak haulers? I cant see a tire pressure marking on them and I spin to much at 3psi climbing. HELP!

 

I run the same tires you do. I run between 3 to 5 lbs, depending on the moisture content in the sand. The wetter the sand, the lower the pressure. If your hill shootin, you might wanna try 7 or so. They usually run upward of 20 lbs to seat the beads when they mount them.

 

Im running a 7 paddle and curious if I could go less than 3 for better traction? I know I should have went 8 paddle.

 

Yes, you really should have gone with atleast an 8 paddle. If you want more traction, try putting more air in it. It will help it bite harder. I wouldnt recommend going with less then 3 pounds. You are taking a risk of breaking the bead if you do. More air will make the tire more solid and it will dig in a bit better. Experiment a bit, but dont go less than 3 lbs. If you get a chance, you would be better off to look into a pair of 8's for your ride. Good luck.

 

 

I run Sandskate II's on my piped/ported banshee. When I air 'em up, I can spin the hell out of 'em. When I air 'em down, it wants to bog.

For me if I want less traction I AIR UP.

As for as air pressure goes, I have run negative pressure (push on tire while pressing in stem), as haven't broken a bead. I'm a 20x10-10 on a 10x10 wheel.

For Little Sahara UT (where you probably ride), I've found 3.5lbs for wet sand, and 1.0 - 0.0 for dry.
