Hey guy's it is suppose to be a wonderful cool weekend up at Dumont this weekend! I only have this weekend off more than likely at least until March so I thought it would be nice to go play and try out the new mods finally. How about it Al are you up for it? I think DSDude is finally going to make an apperance also. Let me know soon.

When are you going & how long does it take to drive out there from here in the LA area? I might just try and make the trip.

 

Yea, I'd like to go but you see, I'am trapped in the kitchen. Its called remodoling, help its killing me, it just never ends, it won't let me play on weekends. My baja is depressed too, it has tears dripping from its auxerlry lights, or maybe thats bud light, anyway I'd like to go riding with you, but got no toy hauler yet. Looking for an rv to rent, but just have'nt had the time to find a rv rental place that is'nt paranoid about trailering. Got a new Tacoma that I can just squeek my quad in. Been to Dumont twice but only for the day with stock tires, that will change. Still a newbe to quading. Camping at Dumont in a tent, and you just might find yourself blown away to Vegas! Been forced to riding at circus Hungry Valley, but its not to bad when the crowds thin out and the pitt squids are hauled out by the Sheriff search and rescue. I swear the must have a perminent landing pad there. Anyway I live in Woodland Hills just down the road and maybe we could do some roosting.

 

Well I have a huge toy hauler and tons of room, so if anyone is interested let me know. I was planning on going tho Vegas on Thursday to see my folks then heading to Dumont Friday afternoon., or possibly Saturday morning. More than likely Friday afternoon though. I have room for about three guys or so. I am still waiting on DSDude for his answer though. Let me know and I will keep you posted. Suppose to be a nice cool weekend out there, around 75 to 80 degree's. Later.

Put me down as a maybe. It will come down to a few things, but it's starting to sound better all the time. Do cell phones work out there, or is it a dead zone?

 

If I remember correctly it is somewhat of a dead zone, or at least for a Nextel it is anyway. They may have upgraded phone service out there since the last time I was there though. I think you might be able to get a signal from the top of the one of the Dunes though but i am not sure. I have only been out there once before.
